With the DJ with the auburn afro on deck, the Hazard Bros pull out a set that is much more groove-based than Soma Rasa’s beat electronica. The ensemble is as tight as the live snare sound is loose: a great sound, which allows lots of syncopated patterns without clattering or cluttering the soundscape.
